Clint Watts is the same guy who said there was zero connections between the U.S. government and ISIS. Then wikileaks showed emails where the State Dept. armed AQ in Iraq to fight Assad in Syria which lead to the caliphate. BTW, he said that in April. Watts is another government shill writing fake news.
