If you read about the impromptu visit that Senator Rubio and Governor Rick Scott made to Doral to rag on Obama and Hilary Clinton over Venezuela, it is hard not to conclude that Rubio is going to do the heavy lifting in Scott's campaign. With Scotts campaign underwater (I am so literal aren't I?) he needs the help of the Senator. More popular (not by much) Marco Rubio might be Scott's only chance to gain favor with the lamest of voters. Rubio's presence surely wouldn't impress me.
I think we are going to see more of the T-Party duo together during the coming months.
That is, if we know where Scott's goes. A disturbing article was in the Miami Herald today that make me hate Rick Scott all the more:
By using his personal jet for public business, Florida Gov. Rick Scott can shield his itinerary from websites that track flights, and when his plane lands, he uses a public records exemption to tighten the cloak of secrecy.
Wherever Scott goes, he is shadowed by Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents. In citing a records exemption that protects FDLE “surveillance techniques” from publication, he withholds the members of his traveling party, restaurants and homes he visits, and people at meetings — all in the name of security. AND the Miami Herald states further:
Barbara Petersen of the First Amendment Foundation, a statewide watchdog group supported by Florida newspapers, said the exemption that Scott and FDLE are using should not apply to his travel schedule.
“Clearly, the main purpose of the exemption is to protect surveillance techniques or procedures,” Petersen said. “If you look at the definition of surveillance, I don’t see how it would apply to the governor’s schedule. . . . I think they’re stretching the law in an unacceptable manner to reach the agency’s desired result.”
What a complete dork this guy is, not that I really care where he goes when you know where he lives. I can just go and knock on his door.
He is the worst Governor we have had in Florida and I hope that more people start agreeing with me on the man who pleaded the 5th amendment 75 times (that must be a record): Anybody but Scott.
Watch the deposition. He says: "I don't know what a market is." It would be pretty funny if he wasn't our Governor.

The video would be funny if it were not sooo awful. Hope it gets lots of play this time around. And is his attorney the same Mr. Stearns who was so vicious and inappropriate at the Met Square hearing? What a vile man he is.

When you looked at the absentee ballots from the last election, there were muliple ballots that had simply 2 names filled in: Scott and Rubio. Out of an election that required several pages to vote .... Only 2 names were filled in ballot after ballot..... In the same ink. How about that? Looks like they were already connected at the hip.
Sternad flipped on Rivera this week. I wonder if Rivera will turn around and flip on Marco? We all know he's got some good dirt.
And now the Herald reports on Gimenez and Lopez-Cantera teaming up to fund raise ( $3,000 minimum!) for Scott reelection at Coral Gables fundraiser hosted by Gimenez' chauffeur/lobbyist/campaign advisor. Ughhhhh. Peas in a pod, too.
He won't be able to carry him for long as ground is shifting under Rubio too. It is every man for himself! Every tub will have to st on its own bottom. . .
