Reporter Jack Dolan off to the West Coast. By Geniusofdespair

Jack got an offer from the L.A. Times he couldn't refuse. We will miss him here at Eye on Miami. Dolan and Haggman have been breaking all those Miami Dade County stories, like about the globe trotting County Commissioners and the Mayor's pay raises to staff.

He will be missed, it is hard to find reporters with the guts to search for the truth.

Yes, Ovidio, the good reporters are so important to our community.

What a shame. One of the last good reporters in Miami. I will be watching what he uncovers in LA. I know he will be breaking national news stories before long.

Dolan is the "Class Act" of that duo. He is professional, and doesn't editorialize his articles with terms meant to incite, like: cronies, lavish, inner circle, etc...

Unfortunately, Haggman has turned his reporting of the Mayor in to a personal Vendetta. Maybe because the Mayor made him feel uncomfortable during that 29th floor press conference. Either way, it belittles whatever investigative value there might be to his reporting.

P.S. - Why hasn't there been nary a poor word uttered about Burgess in the past year? Oh yeah... never mind.
