How did I miss Erik Fresen 's perp walk?
The pretty boy accepted a guilty plea on Federal charges and will serve 60 whole days in jail. Too bad. Federal prisoners are well-behaved---white collar criminals don't have to worry about dropping the soap in the shower.
They couldn't get Al Capone except on tax evasion. Seems like the same was true for Erik, the Education lobbyist while he was the Education lawmaker.

well at least he's been convicted of federal criminal now. Hopefully that will taint him for the rest of his days/keep him out of public life.
The judge wants him to be locked up two weeks and then work for two weeks so he can pay back his debts. The timing is such that he'll spend the holidays behind bars. Finally, justice for true corrupt behavior.
