Can't say I am happy...yes I can. What will Clarence Thomas do? He won't know who to follow.
He died leaving behind hundreds of bad decisions that effect us all. He was on a hunting trip, killing innocent animals. Karma got him. Omg this is big. Opportunity knocks to end the 5 to 4's.

After knocking out the Paris environmental agreement against power plant plotion Mama Nature did its thing.
The Civil War begins.
You're a monster, Justice Scalia was the most brilliant jurist on the current court, if not in the history of the high court. He fought for and defended our liberties at every turn, he had the most profound common sense. As if Elena Kagan, a wacko liberal Harvard law professor was so qualified to serve on the Court, as for Sotomayor, eh. It's disgusting and sinful for you to celebrate death
I'm afraid history will show that Scalia twisted the constitution over and to allow his political views to cloud his "impartial" decisions.
Yep the racist homophobic Justice was a man you can admire. If I don't that makes me a monster? What does that make you casting stones at me?
How does celebrating death feel when it is not a neighbor? Now try to understand those who celebrates torture and gun violence.
Some wrote this, but I'll quoted because i think it was spot on.
"Justice Scalia dead after a 30 years battle against social progress"
"Justice Scalia said that some of the court’s leading decisions could not be justified under the original understanding of the Constitution. The court was wrong in Gideon v. Wainwright in 1963, Justice Scalia said, to require the government to provide lawyers to poor people accused of serious crimes.
Justice Scalia also appeared to have reservations about Brown v. Board of Education, which struck down segregation in public schools as a violation of the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of equal protection."

I'm not casting stones at you for not admiring him, I'm casting stones for celebrating death. Perhaps I should do it when Justices Ginsburg or Breyer pass, because I am sure you will write gushing pieces about that when the time comes. Then let's see how you feel.
I am happy you died --- I am celebrating. Big difference but you are too dense to comprehend the difference. I never wished him dead nor am I out drinking toasts with friends CELEBRATING. I COULDNT CARE LESS IF YOU CELEBRATED or were happy when Ruth Bader Ginsberg dies. Go ahead have a cotillion or a pig roast.
You said:"Justice Scalia was the most brilliant jurist on the current court, if not in the history of the high court. He fought for and defended our liberties at every turn, he had the most profound common sense."
With that statement you reveal quite a bit about yourself.
I admit, it takes some "brilliance" to argue for Citizen's United and to trow a election in 2000, The fact that it was swallowed whole by the populace was "brilliant" indeed.
Who ever said we all have to be sad when someone dies? It is a time to rejoice. One is meeting their maker. Let us all celebrate the passing of Antonin Scalia to a much better place.
Let's celebrate his meeting his 72 virgins.
Forget about Scalia, I am waiting for Dick Cheney to kick the bucket. Unlike Genius, I won't just be happy: I will celebrate.
Scalia was the justice from hell. I wonder where he is now?
Poor Clarence Thomas. What will he do now? He will actually, have to THINK. on his own. Justice Ginsburg made a comment regarding Scalia. Clarence when will you say something nice about your friend and colleague.
