Erik Fresen Once Again Cannot Fill Out His Financial Disclosure Form. By Geniusofdespair

Oh that Erik, he is such a turd. According to the Miami Herald:

Good Teeth, Bad Guy
"State Rep. Erik Fresen’s most recent financial disclosure includes tens of thousands of dollars in income from a company he started called Neighborhood Strategies.
But the company was dissolved — and effectively put out of business — by the state in 2009."

Vote for Daisy Baez.

The Herald goes on to say:

"In 2012, the state Ethics Commission found probable cause that Fresen had failed to properly disclose his annual net worth, assets, and liabilities in forms filed from 2008 to 2011.

A year later, Fresen agreed to correct the forms and signed an agreement acknowledging the mistakes. But Fresen and the ethics commission continued to battle because he refused to pay a $1,500 ethics fine assessed to him in 2003.

Fresen contends he was not made aware of the fine until it was no longer enforceable."

What a putz! Fresen, not you, Genius :)

Fresen is not a putz. He is a person who scams the system and doesn't believe that rules and law were meant for him to follow. He consistently flicks off the law, flaunts his arrogance and somehow manages to stay out of jail. And we the voters, accept that behavior.

This lapsed corporation issue of Fresen's, amidst many more serious offenses that I think should be considered criminal acts (including other problems within the same disclosure document year after year), is such a ridiculously weak and stale offense that I suspect that The Herald is just inoculating Fresen against more severe scrutiny.

Vote for Ross

Ross, having two people against Fresen is not really helping even though I know you would do a great job. I think you should let Daisy win one for the gipper and endorse her.

Genius, I could endorse her a hundred times, but no Democrat at any level has ever hit 50% in Fresen's district (even the president). And especially in this midterm election, Republicans will vastly outnumber Democrats. Look at the August primary, where Republican turnout in Dist 114 beat Dems by almost 12%. That's why I am running to beat Fresen as an independent who is knocking on the doors of voters from ALL parties who are concerned about the sustainability of our environment and economy --- and Democrats and Republicans alike who disapprove of Fresen's ethics.

Did Erik Fresen report any money coming in from Genting?

Ross said...

A quick look shows a contribution of $500 on 10/03/2011 from GENTING NEW YORK LLC, 11000 ROCKAWAY BLVD, NEW YORK, NY 11420. Most contributions are hard to trace.

Fresen might have taken money from Genting employees, vendors, clients and executives. Hard to trace. Erik Fresen was/is an aggressive salesman for gambling in Miami.

Didn't Fresen report a Net Worth of $31,000? How does the dude pay his bills?

Don't waste your vote on Ross. The only one who has any kind of chance is Daisy. While I voted for Ross last time, I have lost respect for his ego-driven campaign. He's only diluting the anti-Fresen vote.
