New APP available to Indentify Koch Brothers and Other Unfriendly Products. by Geniusofdespair

App to use to Buycott Koch brother products.  It is called Buycott App.

"In her keynote speech at last year’s annual Netroots Nation gathering, Darcy Burner pitched a seemingly simple idea to the thousands of bloggers and web developers in the audience. The former Microsoft programmer and congressional candidate proposed a smartphone app allowing shoppers to swipe barcodes to check whether conservative billionaire industrialists Charles and David Koch were behind a product on the shelves.

Burner figured the average supermarket shopper had no idea that buying Brawny paper towels, Angel Soft toilet paper or Dixie cups meant contributing cash to Koch Industries through its subsidiary Georgia-Pacific."

Sounds like such a good idea! even a list of products to avoid would be nice. They are really scary.

Just take a ride up to Palatka Florida. Georgia Pacific has been poisoning the St. Johns River for years. Everyone in the town has cancer or some disease that cannot be explained. The Koch Brothers need some serious karma. The are crooks on so many levels. Here in Palm Beach County our own County Atty. went to work for the Koch Bros. What a sell-out...............

We also need an app to boycott Bloomberg and Soros products.

It is always interesting how left-wingers have a problem with conservative millionaires influencing public policy, but look the other way at liberal millionaires who buy influence and corrupt our political system. I call out those left wingers for who they are: HYPOCRITES.

Chauncey,
Thanks for stating what the majority of Americans truly believe! We are so fed up with the hypocrisy of the left-wing who are determined to destroy everything the Founding Fathers and generations of Americans shed their blood for.

Brilliant! Can someone do the same for products tied to Fanjul family? I was rummaging around the internets, trying to compile a list on my own and ran into the fact that the Fanjuls have ownership stakes in citrus groves..some of which are used in the brand Florida Natural orange and Grapefruit juices..damn them!
As for Chauncey, it's all about transparency..while I seriously doubt the spawns of satan have anything to fear,it does make a consumer,if they're so inclined, feel somewhat empowered.

Looks like iPhone only. No Droid app.
