Lynda Bell's Busy Schedule. By Geniusofdespair

"Miami-Dade Parks and Miami-Dade County District 8 Commissioner Lynda Bell present the third annual Redland Blues and Barbecue Festival on Saturday and Sunday, Apr. 20 and 21, at the Fruit and Spice Park."

The Senior Lunch (55 and over only) is May 1st.  Expect many more functions in District 8. Guess who is up for reelection August 2014 and is already raising money?  In case you want to run, here is the map.

Here is a Blow Up of the Northern Part of District 8. Again Hit on Graphic to Enlarge It.

I think it's funny and sad at how far away her district office is to the actual people in the district! Can't wait for her to be unemployed, recalled or in jail or all of these things!

Genius: Thank You for showing us the map of her district. This is important for candidates interested in running for District 8 seat.

I think it's even more interesting how Richmond Heights, Florida City and SW Homestead belong to Dennis Moss of District 9.
The constituency carving commissioners had a very sharp knife.

Genius, who is up for re-election this August 2013?

Sorry, was getting ahead of myself because she started raising money already. She is up for reelection in 2014 not 2013. If she wins, we get 4 more years and then another 4 maybe. 12 years of Bell.

Moss is no idiot when it comes to redistricting. This is his second time around. Too bad he still wants to control people from not incorporating, unless of course, it's his own effort with front men doing it for him. His recent appointment on the Incorporation Committee is a guy name Ken Forbes who had quite a few ethic within violations in the past ten years, I think it's closer to five but I cannot remember. It's unclear whether he paid the fines or not. You are who you associate with and this is his pick! Bell put someone on this same committee who is historically, very publicly anti incorporation. This committee was created by Jordan. One would have to be totally blind to not see where Bell & Moss are going with these redistricting maps. I'd venture to guess Moss has another four years because the swelling Hispanic population won't vote for him again. Bell may have more years if a good, viable candidate doesn't run against her. They both need to go as far as I'm concerned. When being drunk for control over a community outweighs the public good, it's time. This map says it's time now!
