Maldonado's Church Properties: Ministerio Internacional El Rey Jesus, Inc. By Geniusofdespair

The Prophet Ana Maldonado and the Apostle Guillermo Maldonado own property in Miami Dade County in their names and in the names of  B & R Family Trust. The properties here  are owned by their Church. The total market value of these 4 properties is almost $22 million.

This property is on the other side of the UDB line.

This land is outside the Urban Development Boundary.

Why is the residence not taxed? It is not a church.

This church is a slush fund for political enterprises.

I made a major edit to my article based on a similar-sounding church name that was not part of the Maldonado empire.

Apparently the church has a popular name with people, they change it slightly. The private home was not Maldonado Outofsight. Sorry for the mistake. Marlon Martinez and Edgar Ordonez have their own empires.

Churches shouldn't be exempt, especially when run scam artists like the Maldonados.

Opiate of the idiotic masses. Move on to reason and pure kindness...

They also have some property under his wife's name.

I've heard they have plans to build a large arena...another church.

Are you saying that the house posted for the last article wasn't Maldonado's personal residence? Because I know he drives a Mercedes SUV and the car parked there looks like one.

I believe the house in the last article was his residence, but I'll let the writer of the blog chime in.

I said THIS POST. Not on a previous post. That was his personal house. This is his church property. They are all correct.

BFD! So the church owns a lot of property. Wanna start tallying what the Diocese of Miami owns? How about Christ Fellowship? What not tote the vale of all the synogogues and temples?

If the government gives breaks to one religion, it has to give them to all, even if you don't like what they're preaching.

Look at the picture of their "main" church on SW 141th ST. The red-boundary lines do not include the huge parking lot just north of it. Why? Believe me, I live a couple of blocks (unfortunately) away from this and that lot is totally full during their services.

You're right that 17 acre parking lot is showing up at an additional value of almost $9 million dollars. Curiously I can't find any info on the sale but it is owned by the church.

They also own a triangle South of the church.

excuse me, why do you care about the Maldonados again? have you ever been to their church? so what how much it cost, get a life, I'm so glad i google this up, just to see what people dont have a life and have so much envy against such a blessed family. either you go to the church and repent or suffer the rath of God. Those who speak about the Apostle And Prophet will not get far. you'll see :)

If you had a life lady, you wouldn't be going to that church.

If anyone should get a life it is you.
