There is still no talk in America, how the economic model based on sprawl is dead. Kaput. Finished. This is a catastrophic omission inmho since there is no serious debate how to revive the economy otherwise.
Wow ,,, That is a photo of the FPL model of economic development....
What wires? What electrical radiation? What houses? People? Shrug.
Its especially sad to see it in the PIedmont/Shenandoah. The green hills and historic civil war battlefields are all under threat. Activists somehow were able to get Walmart to move its recent proposal out of Wilderness battlefield, but others parks are being chipped away by road expansions, strip malls and destroyed viewsheds. US "property rights" means do whatever you damn well please with your land, as long as you profit.
