Look to those big, big companies. The ones that build water plants and nuclear plants, etc. I am thinking this could be bigger than just land deals. I am smelling corporate welfare projects funded by federal dollars. I wonder what we don't know that we need to know.

Remind me again why it was a good idea to recall Alvarez. I know it seemed like a good idea at the time.
