Someone should volunteer to "cover" Miami Lakes. The Mayor is trying to overide the town charter and become all-powerful. He circulated a resolution to get direct authority over town employees. His whipped colleagues on the council are considering this outrageous proposal. Since when does a resolution trump the charter?
