The trick is you mix made-up crap with real stuff. For instance that cactus is indeed really evil and did remain in my leg for about 6 months. The rest of it... not so accurate.
Here is an example of lying Donald Trump’s Fake News, he describes something VERY BAD (Alaska Drilling) as something positive in his Xmas eve tweet:
“The Tax Cut/Reform Bill, including Massive Alaska Drilling and the Repeal of the highly unpopular Individual Mandate, brought it all together as to what an incredible year we had.” - Your President’s Tweet Xmas eve.
How could “massive drilling” ever be good? It is just as plausible as finding cactus at Mount Everest.
