@ There was a time, *not so long ago* when it was very in fashion to read criminal statutes painfully literally to conclude HRC was a criminal

@ I'm a legal journalist and I know I'm supposed to have something smart to say about all this, but I can't believe this much stupid exists.

@ The Trump campaign was claiming that Clinton was unfit to handle classified info *while* they were colluding with the Russian government.

@ In retrospect, seems so obvious Trump's "election is rigged" mantra was both to innoculate himself and to deter Obama from taking action.
