The rumor is 1000 acres of Manny Diaz Tree farm property near Homestead is slated for this indoor theme park. Emerald City has a Facebook Page. They are using EDSA a local planning firm so I think this is more than a rumor. They say "TROPICAL". Florida City is also trying to annex 812 acres "Parcel H".
