You all know why I I fondly call it the American "Wet" Dream Mall -- it is a statement laced with the thought of the "big" dreams of men. HOWEVER, I was not that far off.
The limited property area in both developments leaves very little room for water retention. So will "wet" be the end of the dream of both mega developments? The
Hang tough Neighbors afraid of traffic, make sure that the water is dealt with. Keep the pressure on the WET DREAMERS. Hold their feet to the fire on water. You don't want your hood flooding?

Don't worry the South Florida Weapons of Mass Destruction (SFWMD) will say they can do deep well injection so drainage is no problem. This is what they have done with all the new condos on Miami Beach and assorted places like Brickell Ave. How do you think they got the OK's in the first place? All permitting comes from the SFWMD. Miami or anyplace in Florida is doomed. The masses of asses continue to ignore the obvious and just play games on their cell phones. Where does the Blue Green Algae come from? Water Farming another dumb idea concocted at the SFWMD where taxpayers pay farmers north of Lake Okeechobee millions to store their dirty filthy water and they can release during rainy seasons. Instead they should be fined for their mess but no let the taxpayers pay instead. What a crock..................
