Excellent points made in a well-presented letter. DEP should forward their nominations for Environment and Local Government participants to Gov Scott immediately, and the public engagement as required by law should be adequately solicited only after the missing seats are filled. This is statistical maneuvering to weaken protections for our waters and our health, and is of such public importance that anything other than full citizen engagement and participation in the making of these decisions is unacceptable.
