Only in America! Only in Palmetto Bay could a person under investigation sue to delay or deny justice. This Putz should be ashamed of himself.
I read the lawsuit. It is filled with nonsensical gibberish. What correspondence school did his attorney obtain his degree? Is this the best Palmetto Bay can do? I am thankful that I live in Coral Gables where at least our commission has some class.
Where can we read the ethics complaint? It must be huge for him to try to conceal it by filing a lawsuit. Don't worry DuBois, we know you are a scumbag. Just take your medicine like a man.
It is just another day in Paradise for John DuBois. Is there anyone out there he has not sued?

John Dubois sues everyone he doesn't like. Because he has money, he thinks he can use it to abuse the people around him. What he doesn't realize is that HE HAS NO FRIENDS,NO ONE LIKES HIM. What a sad little man and a sad little life he has!
Edward Perry MacDougall is correct. John E DuBois is a pathetic shell of a man. A miserable little miser who lives alone tucked behind his gated bayfront mansion. He is living proof that money cannot buy you either class or friends. This little turd actually thinks he will be the next Rick Scott, buying his way into the Governor's mansion.
John DuBois is a waste of life. He is irrelevant to Palmetto Bay. The voters need to vote him out of office in November so he can go back to trimming the mangroves that threaten his view full time.

It's rumored Gene Flinn writes this blog now that South Dade Matters shut down. Gene hates John Dubois and at war with him.

Genius, I always post my name. That way there is no hiding behind the curtain of anonymity. Nevertheless, I have already been sued by John Dubois friend, Jose Castillo using John Dubois personal attorney. My crime? I made John mad by telling him to butt of the affairs of Cutler Bay. Two tours Vietnam, 12 years undercover police work in Miami Dade, John doesn't scare me. He is just a bully with money. Oh, and as many of his (he thinks) friends have told me, they only hang with him for his money, they really do not like him nor does anyone else. Pathetic!
I heard a rumor that South Dade Matters will be back up and running.
I heard that Gene Flynn is the subrosa chair of the Ethics Commission and has sent out the men in black in the Blackhawk helicopters to go after John DuBois. My goodness, John DuBois is one crazy sonofabitch. Someone get that man his tin foil hat.
