His CV screams conservative republican, are you sure about this?

I agree. He is an excellent judge. Very smart.

He had a chance, but he blew it when he was easy on Bateman. He had a chance to show all of Miami Dade that we are tired of corrupt politicians and he failed. Nice guy lots of credentials but that does not make you a good "bench warmer".

He's a Rick Scott appointee. Rick Scott has very specific requirements for judicial appointments. That said, he's no better or worse than the other Scott appointees. Pick your poison.

So vote for Yolly. What can I tell you. She was crappy in the Florida Legislature.

I litigated with her. I can't think of anyone living or dead who I would for her over.

I litigated against her. I would not vote for her under any circumstance. She lacks the demeanor and knowledge to be a judge or a legislator. The pleadings she has filed speak for themselves.
