This must be the housing area for his proposed HUD funded country club grass cutters and dishwashers. Good job Homestead council.

What a bunch of BS, your NIMBY readers don't like golf courses either. May I suggest a countywide bond issue to fund the purchase of all land that is presently undeveloped. We can then fence it off so no one builds anything near anyone.

People also hate living near farms. They hate the chemicals, the trucks, the water use, 'those people' that Trump wants out (who come in to pick the fruit and steal from us/rape our woman). They only care about farms so long as it keeps someone from building on the land.

Golf courses are fine but tell everyone why a multi millionaire who backs crooked politicians needs HUD funding of $3 million, oops, at the last minute he added another $500,000 so $3.5 million for job training? Cooks, servers, lawn guys must be going to Harvard now according to Rosen. When he closed the club did he fire everyone? Was there nobody trained he could rehire? Don't you see he is a YUGE BULLSHITTER?
Now he has dozens of lots and he is going to rake it in yet he applied for HUD dollars because in his words he wants to HELP Homestead. This from the guy who helped create Hudstead.

Farming is done. When the housing market found South Dade County farmers willing to sell, that was it. Of course there will be some holdouts but when the price is right they too will sell more crooks will get elected with developer dollars and rezone agricultural to residential until it is gone. You must have missed the early 2000s. Stay alert it's coming back. First it was West Kendall, Doral and then Homestead, now it's the Redland any and all acreage is targeted. When Goulds, Princeton, Modello and Perrine get renamed the end is near. Even Florida City tried to annex 1,700 acres in 2005. That was the end of the line. So now it's all points north. The 2005 BCC voted 7-5 to allow the annexation. Alvarez saved the UDB, remember no good deed goes unpunished.

That plot plan is west of South Dade Sr School Rosen just got another 20 acre Ag land to develop in Nov located on SW 162 ave and 278 Street. He's ruined
what ever he can with campaign contributions. The local CC 14 ruled on it but then went to the BCC for a lesser reduction of homes specified by the planning Dept.(Big Deal) It should have stayed Agriculture but the neighbors worked hard to get it at 1 acre zoning as it was so close to the UDB. There is a thing called Transitional zoning.
