WAYNE ROSEN: Golf Course in Keys Gate AGAIN! By Geniusofdespair

Someone sent me this invite in the continuing saga of HUDSTEAD dysfunction where there is no community association because Rosen claims build out has not been reached after years and years (never heard of a developer retaining control for this much time before)...
Mr. Wayne Rosen, the owner of the facility formerly(?) known as the Keys Gate Golf and Country Club, would like to invite you and your fellow neighborhood homeowners to a meeting on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at 6:00 PM, at 2300 Palm Drive, in Homestead.  Mr. James Fazio, the well-known golf course designer, will also attend the meeting, and will outline the new design of the golf course.  Please convey this information to your fellow neighborhood residents in the most prompt, efficient, and effective method possible.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter, and for your continuing efforts on behalf of all the residents of Keys Gate.
Sincerely,
  Tim Craig
Community Liaison (note: the Community has a LIAISON)

More fraud, more lies and the head bobbers of Keys Gate follow their pied piper as if they are in a trance.
Last time to get HUD funds it was 80 jobs on paper. Then at the council meeting it went up to 85 jobs. Then that was cut to a "guaranteed" 43 jobs which is more than half of 85. You cannot believe a word coming out of his mouth.

Formerly is right. It is named Land Baron Clubhouse now, an homage to himself. It is also the home of feral cats. I guess Rosen and Gleber will now take down all of the NO TRESPASSING signs for the meeting or not.
The rest of Homestead is not invited this is just for Keys Gate. Yet the rest of Homestead would have paid the HUD loan back for Wayne. The KGCA is a tool of Wayne's the invitation is proof.
This should be a public event as it is an amateur attempt to get support for the master plan which is more unneeded housing and traffic which has consequences for all of Homestead.

Moved to Keys Landing back in 2003. I'm glad I got divorced and left that place. Drove around there a few months ago and it looks disastrous.

Tim Craig also works as a salesperson for Patrick Gleber at Pegasus Thruster. Gleber will run the restaurant, Gleber's construction guy at Cali Greens, Todd Walker is doing the renovations on the clubhouse so everyone at the KGCA, Cali Greens Construction and Wayne Rosen have an agenda. This is how Homestead rolls folks. Wonder how much Kool-Aid Wayne bought for Wednesday? Just think HUD could have paid for all of this. Snap!

Don't care who does the work as long as I'm not paying for his business to get renovated. Why does Wayne always look for the short cut?

listen; let the guy build the golf course. This town needs it. All BS a side, give rosen what he wants, just redue the course. Keys gate will really turn into a shitbox

The residents of Homestead are now given the upper hand when Rosen declared he would allow the golf course to turn brown after he was exposed, but he can't.
Rosen wants to build in the Park of Commerce and along Kingman. He wants to put "golf course views into the cookie cutter townhomes" that will share the golf course. He wants to do all of this without any traffic studies and without paying any mitigation.
That is wrong, this is why he buys politicians, to avoid building roads, installing traffic calming devices, sidewalks, guardrails and so forth.
The willing city council along with a play along city attorney will never demand that Rosen be held accountable.
Get the best project you can because he sells homes and he can't do it without a viable golf course and country club without the phony 100 workers he promised the city.
If unopposed and not held to account he will end up with the city paying him to run the golf course.
Remember just over a month ago when his blood was boiling he said he would let it turn brown and he was walking away from Homestead because all he was doing was "trying to help these people."
Now he is back, with a new plan after just over a month. Be ready.

The new idea will also be a pig with lipstick. The insiders would have had taxpayer dollars without any city oversight whatsoever, thanks to the Miami Herald and Daily Beast for the coverage to blow it up. The red flags are out on this upcoming proposal.

It is very apparent the corruption and deceit that is being allowed to continue. It is time for exposure of all individuals involved. Utilize every avenue possible to eliminate this corruption. We have laws that protect us from individuals that exhibit these traits. Make a stand!!!
