Jorge Luis Lopez, Carlos Gimenez's BFF and globetrotting partner. He even was Carlos's mouthpiece for a while there and Jorge Luis Lopez is a big fundraiser for him.

Do you know how hard it is to lose weight when you attend all of those banquets? Quite a feat!
Polling the insiders to see if Gimenez is staying true to the people who donate to his campaign is a nice service by his chief fundraiser. That Lopez is quite a guy.
