Note The Golf Course in the Video Wayne Rosen. By Geniusofdespair

Paige Latterner is the only named Director of Keys Gate Realty (she is the daughter of the deceased partner of Wayne Rosen). Keys Gate Realty's name is on the video. Here are 2 photos of the golf course from the video in case they take it down. It is from 2013. They call it "YOUR GOLF COURSE."

The talking head says: "even your own 18 hole golf course." You can't market it if you don't offer it.

Here is a link to the Rosen vs. Latterner lawsuit (former partners). Would sure like to know who the confidential investors are. One appears to be Ed Easton as he sued Rosen and settled for an undisclosed sum.

So close to two very old nuclear reactors too!

Why not put houses on it?

If the Homestead council allows Rosen to proceed with any other land use issues in the future they should all be recalled. Rosen has lied and broke his promise. The golf course appears to have never been a serious effort to revitalize. The city and residents are now aware of that.

Rosen is part of ground zero as to why the housing market down in Homestead has not recovered. They over saturated the area with houses built no where near urban centers or jobs for the people living in those houses, creating urban sprawl out of productive farmland because it was cheaper to destroy our food supply and clog our roads than building smart. The collective IQ of the four council members who continually approve his applications after being given the bird feed Rosen throws in to their campaigns cannot total more than 100. Forget about serving the people, the majority of that council is just stupid and small minded. Rosen and pals have destroyed the area, then come forward claiming to want to fix it, as long as someone else pays for it.

PS: In real estate, if it's not specifically written in your contract or documents, it's pretty hard to make a developer do something based on marketing. If it is supposed to be provided in the DRI, someone better start looking for an attorney. Maybe one of those who've made a fortune on these destroy our ag area applications can help you out with the profit they made working against the will of the community!

It is in the DRI

Let's get real. The city manager should be reviewing the DRI and the Council should be protecting their residents making sure promises to them have been fulfilled and making sure they finally control their destiny with a community association of their own. Rosen has dicked around too long prolonging the process to set the community free.

Rosen and Gleber are holding residents hostage and it is not the first time. Remember what they did with KG Communications, KGCA not allowing input, pretend golf course assessments and the threat of more housing and letting 150 acres become a desert.
The city manager will be terminated if he looks into any of this because Rosen owns the policymakers and they pretend Rosen and Gleber are great guys. They are weasels who bully the elected into bad decisions and that includes the delegates.

The county commissioners of the district should look into what is going on....

If you guys are getting no where with the City, perhaps making an appointment with Commissioner Cava and bringing this to her will help. She's an attorney as well. I don't know if this is Dist. 8 or Dist. 9 but they are intertwined. The City of Homestead should be helping the residents, but it looks like they're not doing anything other than working against the residents. The manager is a puppet of the council, so he won't do anything either.

Hudstead is one ponzi scheme after another. The common denominator is Wayne Rosen.
