The Only Candidates Registered in Miami Dade County for the 2016 Election....and SOME GOSSIP. By Geniusofdespair

The Early Birds...No one else can say they are running without registering and opening a campaign account.
We all know elections are coming up....

I guess we need all that election crap on the outside to fingerprint children.....??? I don't want Justice in motion. I want some arrests. This was seen on Riverday, on the Miami River. I went inside, no one was there but I did get the third degree.
The Mark Bell Absentee Ballot Fraud Case Update from Rundle's office: The two men went to trial April 6th and will appear again on June 8th. They are currently taking deposition from Jorge Luis Castillo's 2 fall guys in the case. The judge is Victoria Brennnan.  How about we get the real culprit who sent them out there to this Homestead family to steal their absentee ballots.

The Gossip....

Palmetto Bay Vice Mayor John E. Dubois was seen at dinner in South Dade with none other than Former County Commissioner Lynda Bell and her husband, Mark Bell. Was he asking about the Redinn mortgage on the Redland Hotel? John DuBois, is Mgr. of the Redinn Coporation. Whatever happened to the case having to do with absentee ballots for Mark Bell's mayoral run?

A former city manager in Homestead, before his promotion,  said that the Mayor at the time told him I am your boss you take orders from me. Of course, we all know Hudstead is not a strong Mayor place and the staffer only should take order from the manager.

All those county attorneys we pay (what do we have, a couple of hundred?)  and this case has been going on for almost 3 years against John E. Dubois (is this still the illegally cutting Mangrove Case??), Vice Mayor of Palmetto Bay...

The top Attorney for Miami Dade County, Robert Cuevas, Jr. is retiring. Since they always get people in house, instead of doing a professional search, expect Abigail Price-Williams to take over.

Rundle uses that bus to help convicted people fill in forms to get their rights restored. That is what state representative McGhee did in her office when he worked for her. He built his election vote getting on doing that. I never saw him anywhere but in the black communities offering services from the state attorney.

Her Picture doesn't have to be plastered all over it .

Someone (taxpayers) paid big bucks for that bus wrap. There should be a prohibition against using taxpayer funding for anything with an elected official plastered on it permanently.

If rundle loses, that bus immediately becomes unusable until the money is spent to clean the wrap off.

This same bus with Fernandez-Rundle's photo and information was parked at the Dade County Youth Fair for two weeks and manned by State Attorney's Office employees more intent on telling you how great Kathy was than explaining why every corrupt politician, lobbyist or consultant gets a free pass from her office while menial citizens get the book thrown at them by her office. Is there one decent attorney left out there willing to run for office and depose this corrupt black widow? We are all waiting for a response.

There's a TED talk in which the speaker stated the obvious in straightforward terms. We live in a society in which

"the rich and guilty are treated better than the poor and innocent."

Great quote.

How come Marc Sarnoff uses a taxpayer paid $120,000 per year policeman/chauffeur and a $70,000 taxpayer paid SUV 24/7? Does he report the value to the IRS?

The reason the Dubois case has taken so long (and, in actuality it's not so long, there are many cases that the former DERM initiated that have been going on FAR longer) is that the County wants to work with landowners to correct environmental violations, especially with politically connected or higher profile landowners. The alternative is to get them fined so much and then have them put in jail or take the land when they don't pay, and the County is LOATHE to do that. Worst case: they would rather wait until the landowner stops paying taxes on the land and then let that be the reason the land is forfeit.

County Attorney Robert Cuevas already retired once many years ago. This his second county retirement and pension. He never had to compete for his job. Isn't government work grand?!

As for the Bell's, rumor has it that the Dew Drop Inn is for sale.DuBois holds the mortage, maybe they were meeting for business to discuss a short sale or maybe Lynda was going to make an "in kind" payment while Mark watched. who knows, who cares ?! There are more important things going on in Homestead such as the rise of Shiver and the rumored success of the charter petition to keep Waldman in office to do the dirty work of the benefactors of the petition drive.

I hate homestead. And I invested in a home there.
