GO HOME DONALD TRUMP you skunk. by Geniusofdespair

Comb-Over Donald. Don't let him near the public. Ask Doral Residents that surround the Golf Course.

I still can't see but I am mad as hell. I can see enough to read one article and this made me mad as hell.  Donald Trump has no business with the public. Nothing public.  He f--ked the people surrounding the Doral Golf Course -- who are the public.  If he has so little regard for the public why do we want to give him a public course to make a private course.  He wants to cut OUR mangroves to boot. I can't see so I am giving you the Herald's take:

Rules tied to the settlement of a 1988 court challenge by heirs of the Matheson family, which once owned the land, ban anything that hints at commercial ventures at Crandon. That includes outside operators as well as sponsor signs, a must for pro golf tournaments. Bruce Matheson, who sits on the Crandon review board, essentially holds veto power over changes. Pointing to Crandon’s favorable reviews, Matheson recently said to The Miami Herald: “Why do you need Donald Trump?”

The Miami Open Tennis tournament from Crandon’s tennis operation is suing to invalidate Matheson’s authority at the park, so a court victory on that front could mean a big win for Trump, too. Russo said he’s confident about maneuvering through both the existing Crandon rules and the environmental regulations governing the 20-foot tall mangroves that surround most of Crandon.  (Genius: The height of arrogance)

If Trump “can’t get the 450 yards of mangroves reduced to 4 feet high so the Miami Skyline can be seen along [hole] Number 18, there will be no deal,” Parks Director Jack Kardys wrote in a May 6 email to an aide.
Are they for real? And worse, Mayor Carlos Gimenez is trying to rush this through when he recused himself because his son is lobbying for the skunk. This sucks, comb-over Don the skunk sucks. Go back to New York you twit. We don't need you or want you ripping us off. We have enough people from New York doing that.

Thanks GOD for this important post. In the online version of the article there was a photo of Trump representative Russo with a caption credited to him claiming the mangroves would be better off ecologically if they were cut down to 4 feet. Obviously the Trump organization has hired some biostitutes to distort scientific facts and reality.

Those are mature red mangroves with mature root structures, some above four feet. If Trump believes you can hedge those magnificent trees, he is wrong. The trees will die. They are a remnant of the original mangrove forest that once covered Key Biscayne.

Mr. Mayor - when is enough, enough. How much of our environment do we need to destroy for rich guys. Heck - if he wants the course, give him the course. But make him build the course up with fill so he can see over the trees if that's so important. Let's try and save something rather than destroy all our natural resources. Those trees aren't just worth saving for the tree huggers, they are also a critical component of the ecology of Biscayne Bay and an important nursery for recreational and commercially valuable fish and shellfish. Stop currying favor with rich guys for campaign donations. Stand with the little guys who care about their quality of life. Do the right thing because us voters are getting really tired of you doing favors for your rich friends.

And meanwhile, Michael Hernandez, the mayor's spokesman claimed on Prohibido Callarse two weeks ago he did not know "anything" about the Crandon golf course deal even though e-mails had gone back and forth between the mayor's office and Trump for over a year. The stench of corruption and graft surrounding Gimenez is obvious to every county citizen except for law enforcement, the SAO and the U.S. Attorney's Office. Can someone please lay the silver cufflings on the mayor, his son and the cast of lobbyists that hover at the 29th Floor of the 111 building?

Just another p3. The faces change but the song remains the same. Piss poor park management lets assets devalue (blaming the employees) then any idiot with the right lobbist can claim to "restore the grandure and turn a larger profit."
Truth is, this is seldom the case over the long haul. Look at past examples. Over time County returns stay flat reletive to market and contractor books get cooked to show whatever optimistic forcast politicans made in the beginning.

Trump Ice was a bottled water brand owned by Donald J. Trump. Trump Ice was sold at national grocery chains and at specialty food stores. As of February 2010, the website for Trump Ice (www.trumpice.com) is no longer active. Trump Ice is no longer being marketed or sold.

Another nasty bit of bad business dealings from Mr. Trump. His short temper mirrors our very own Mayor's demanding demeanor.

How Does Trump Repeatedly File for Bankruptcy and Still Stay on Top?

by Monica Sanders
Oct 2009

Donald Trump has become infamous for telling business mogul wannabes "You're fired!" every week on primetime television. Yet, after Trump's casino operations filed bankruptcy for the second time this past November, many have wondered if it isn't time for board members to give Trump a pink slip. Despite the company failings, Trump will remain as chairman and CEO and continue to collect a $2 million dollar paycheck. So...how does a CEO decide to file for bankruptcy twice and still come out at the top of the heap?

No Personal Involvement

First, Trump doesn't get personally involved. He knows how to protect his personal finances. In both instances, Trump's corporations have filed for bankruptcy; Trump personally has not. Hence, when his casino fell into about a billion dollars in debt, the corporation filed for Chapter 11. Trump only made the decision to do so once he had spoken to his banks and bondholders. But, by filing, he gave his business the opportunity to regroup and reduce his business debt. It didn't hurt however that it would also reduce his personal debt, as Trump is likely the one every creditor would look to if the Taj Mahal couldn't pay up. So, in fact, Trump avoided potential lawsuits from credits and he may have also avoided personal bankruptcy by keeping his own bank account insulated.

Trump, it appeared, had triumphed. His company had dire financial problems but seemed to rise just as quickly from those bankruptcy ashes. Just three years later, he combined the hotels into the publicly held Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts.

For several years, the new company enjoyed double digit stock prices. His personal fortune in turn also skyrocketed. And the man who came close to losing it all leapt onto Forbes' most wealthy list.

Yet, Trump's public company would eventually fall...again. Within a few years of soaring high prices, the company stock had fallen into single digits. The one-time powerhouse company remained profitless and struggled just to pay the interest on the $2 billion debt. Trump claimed that the properties were unable to make the improvements necessary for keeping up with its flashier competitors. These financial troubles led to Trump's second trip into bankruptcy.

Win-Win Business Deals

It's in this second bankruptcy that Trump demonstrated the other quality that helps him stay on top. He knows how to create a win-win situation. This past November, Donald Trump filed for Chapter 11 a second time. Again, Trump asked to be able to restructure his company's debt and overhaul its aging casinos. Under the voluntary bankruptcy filing, Trump Atlantic City Associates, which is 99 percent owned by Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts Inc., listed $1.3 billion in debt and $1.5 million in assets.

But this time around the Donald proposed that reorganizing the company would provide him the cash to upgrade his properties. By making these changes, he could help keep the casinos competitive. The second benefit: bondholders would receive stock in exchange for forgiving the debt owed. In other words, it would increase their ownership of the company by roughly two-thirds.

The chances of making the money back and even a bit of profit will dramatically increase when the casino emerges from the reorganization. Why? Well, vendors will be paid.

But best of all, Trump got to keep his job (and his rather hefty salary). If all goes as planned, Trump's Atlantic City properties will be able to actually turn a profit and even potentially expand into new markets like Las Vegas.

At the end of the day, Donald Trump will not only come out on top, he may well come out in the green.

It is never Trump who is going bankrupt. It is corporations that are associated with him. A better question is why do people loan money to something with his name on it considering how often the businesses go belly up.

Trump has taken over Doral in the same fashion Al Capone took over Cicero to control Chicago in the 1920s. Mayor Luigi Boria is nothing but a Trump puppet as witnessed by the $4 million Doral gave Trump to run his Miss Universe pageant. Trump has been expanding for some time and the link between he and Mayor Gimenez is Carlos Gimenez, Jr. Many outspoken citizens have warned the justice system about Gimenez's political machine and its total corruption but noone seems to care. Every major project brought up before the commission has been chewed, digested and regurgitated by Gimenez years in advance to benefit his lobbyists friends. Wake up Miami Dade County! You are being screwed!

Trump did expose that Doral was not using any sound level meters for its noise violations. Doral and Miami Beach don't us American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards. Trump exposed Doral to a scandal, and lots of people who used to work in Doral now work in Miami Beach government. Both areas are developer friendly. Watch how Doral and Miami Beach try to squirm out of it noise issue with zoning and development. You should have some major lawsuits and back room deals trying to cover up block new regulations.

Hey, while everyone's running their mouth bitching about Trump, I filed an ethics complaint against hi, Ed Russo and the Mayor last week over these golf course shenanigans. The herald refuses to acknowledge that a complaint was filed, and so has all the other news media, but at the end of the day I had 1 shot at Trump and I took it. For all of you who are whining, if you got a shot to file a lawsuit against him, then do it. Bitching on websites doesn't accomplish anything.

I couldn't link to your site for some reason the stories don't link, Second you filed an ethics complaint. When are you going to admit that they don't do anything--- have they ever acted on your complaints.

We are all impressed with your Ethics complaint Crespo! Not! If anything you may get a $500 fine and a slap on the wrist. You should talk about writing crap on a website! Your site is full of conspiracy theories. We are focused on outing Gimenez, Jorge Luis Lopez, the Munillas, et al. Worry about your front and we'll worry about ours. Coming here to chastise the victims of the Gimenez regime does not make you any friends.

Crespo is a hero who uncovers government corruption. I am confident that the anti-Crespo anon commenter is connected to one of the scandals Crespo uncovered.

9,000 new residential units are projected for Doral. If I read Res._No._14-124_Adopting_Flood_Warning_and_Response_Plan I would sell my Doral property and get into the management end of golf courses. Doral golf was in bankruptcy when Trump bought it.

Crespo is great, that he STILL has faith in the Ethics Commission is a testament to his faith that the system will finally work. I think complaining on a blog is a healthy way to get things going. Sometimes I wonder if ethics operates just as a cover for bad behavior.

I don't wonder, when former Ethics Executive Director Robert Meyers was hired by WSH Law as their Ethics expert it gave the game away. The game is protection from Ethics and the SAO coming down on anyone. Please take note of the fact that the FBI got Marono, Candia, Forte, Pizzi and Tondreau. Bateman thought he was safe but had gone too far and the fact that he was so vulgar in his actions is what did him in.

Genius, every corruption regulatory agency in this county is tainted. The corruption stems from the State Attorney's Office where Katherine Fernandez Rundle permits the conduct of graft and influence to run unchecked. Corruption extends to the Miami Dade Commission on Ethics and the Miami Dade Inspector General's Office where Rundle disciples Joseph Centorino and Mary Cagle march to Kathy's orders and only investigate those cases involving menial citizens and disgraced politicians. The corruption continues to the law enforcement agencies, where neither the FBI, FDLE or the MDPD has a clear agenda about corruption and are beholden to Rundle, and Carlos Gimenez. Most of our citizens are asleep and either care little or not at all at the putrid state of corruption we face in this county. The only thing left to do is pack up the old station wagon and move away from here to a place where citizens care and public officials are still tarred and feathered for criminal misbehavior.

Oh My Goodness! Have they (the Mayor and the Donald) no shame at all?? What an incredibly bad bad bad idea. Can someone tap them (lightly) on their bald spots to knock some sense into them!!

This is on a larger scale of the butchered mangroves by Palmetto Bay Vice Mayor John Dubois.

Al Crespo uncovers the documents. His research is a must read. He has proof we must all be suspicious of Marc Sarnoff and his wife.
