Lynda Bell Aide giving inaccurate information. By Geniusofdespair

Watch this amusing video shot in Lynda Bell's office (is that marble on the floor). Sounds like evasive information to me. He should be able to make the request at that office. Oh wait, he is a campaign worker---not staff. Why is he there? Who is the guy walking right in? Get a star by identifying him.

Same guy working  in Lynda Bell's office caught stealing Levine Cava signs.

I was told by a Bell worker that Daniella supports Obama. I told her that was a lie. Can you please check to make sure? I don't believe Daniella would support Obama.

Bell can't find any other workers.

It is a non partisan race. Because Linda Bell showed up
At a Michele Bachmann rally is meaningless. Campaign workers should not be divulging who The candidate supports or votes for. That is unethical.

I deleted those way off topic. Stay on topic

Read the rules for posting. You violated them and so did the others.

I recognize that fat guy. He is a current paid campaign worker and ex-county employee staffer of hers. He should not be in the office he should not be directing county business and he should not be wearing a county shirt. I don't have her campaign expense accounts but I think his name is Michael Hernandez but i could be wrong.

I read on the internet Lynda Bell is a lying, two faced, bible thumping, homophobic, ethically challenged hypocrite who once said you shouldn't be allowed to hold public office if you believe in a woman's right to chose?

Is that true?

That is definitely Maurice Hernandez someone on her staff told me Lynda and Castillo made him quit his county job with her office so he could work on her re-election campaign. If she wins he starts back at her office the day after the election. It looks from what they are saying at Bells office they are all out of a job come Tuesday.

The skinny guy who walks in could be the Mayors chief of staff Ferro

Lying is Bell's strong suit

Florida Statutes makes it illegal to require a person to identify themselves in order to make a public records request.

The subject is a public records request and a campaign worker not staff talking as if he were staff--- not Batista or any other crap you can think up. Stay on subject.

As a Goverment employee, I do know specific
Departments and/or individuals handle FOIL requests. This is a bit of a trolling post....

If anything can be said about Bell's folks it is that they aren't bright. As for the two videos on the post, I am sorry but it is flat out trolling. you can pontificate all you want but honestly it's a bunch of b.s. Bell's dude fell for the oldest trick in the book on sign video. You put your sign in front of your opponent's office or headquarters to tick them off. Obviously you take it down - this is what campaigns do...all of them. You just don't do it during daylight hours. Some campaigns make it a game. It's childish but that is campaigning for you. On the Info request I agree with above post - most departments or offices have a procedure - you'll never get anything at that moment. Media usually gives you a date for deadline so you can get it to them in time. Only a troll asks for a photo. I've never seen anything actually withheld but maybe I've just been lucky. Again, this may be trolling but this guy from Bell's office is handling it all wrong. I got bad news for you dude, you work for commissioner - you are going to get not so nice people asking for stuff you have to deal with it. I do wonder how this site is going to handle it when St. Daniella wins and the trolls come after her. Then you will be screaming harassment. You guys make plenty of good points but your Bell Derangement Syndrome is over the top. I really think she will lose but if she wins somehow I'm concerned for your collective sanity.

Geniusofdespair - the man might have been a Miami-Dade County employee at the time. Ever considered that possibility? By the way, check the FOG watch page. They're go around cities catching employees in technicalities regarding public record laws to later sue them for attorney fees. That is plain wrong.

Both of you "County" employees are way off. If someone requests a public record that you are custodian of you must provide them a copy. They don't need to sign in or provide any other information. State Statutes are clear. It's "employees" like you who give other County employees a bad rap. Know your facts before spewing gibberish, just cause your misinformed "supervisor" tells you otherwise. Smh....

i dont know what that guy said, but all public records requests go through the Mayors Communications department.

and I do have a public records request from the last election to Lestor Sola sitting on my computers desktop. He didn't want to answer it.

Is the Bell staffer on the County payroll or is he on Bell's re-election campaign staff?
Either way, he seems really ignorant.

Again, County website is not the law, State Satutes rule the day. Stop being a pawn.

You don't have to leave your name in order to get access to public records.

You do have to alow for reasonable accomodations. Govt staff shouldn't be expected to drop everything because you want to check someones calendar.

You also don't have to make copies of stuff or compile records. The sunshine law allows local governments to charge for time spent putting records together and for duplication cost.

Nice office lobby. Way better then the old office in the south fade government building. Not sure it was worth $250,000 though.
