Read the Names and you will know what you will get with LYNDA BELL. By Geniusofdespair

Erik Fresen, Rodney Barreto, Carolos Curbelo, Esther Nuhfer (David Rivera's Gal Pal), Florida Petroleum, Sylvester Lukis (lobbyist), Wayne Rosen (AGAIN) and Jose Fuentes, Al Cardenas, Marcelo Llorente (all lobbyists). All the current Republican establishment and Elected Officials are here and Democrats Chris Korge and Freddy Balsera.  What a bunch. I am sure she raised at least $10,000 at this one.

We do have a T-Party darling with Lynda Bell. Let's surprise them and show all these people that money doesn't matter. It can't buy elections. Elect Daniella Levine Cava instead.

Blast from the past: Lynda Bell Exiting Michele Bachmann's Bus (Bell is wearing the Light Blue Jacket). David Rivera is all smiles at Bachmann's elbow. In front of Lynda is the current Lt. Governor (what a joke). No other Miami Republicans would be seen with Wacky Bachmann when she was running for president and visited Miami - Just these 3.

Lynda has destroyed the non-partisan nature of county elected positions. I find that dispicable and self serving.

That is a fund raiser that is worth alot more than 10k.

And from the invite, I would say lynda owes a bunch of people lots of votes.

I am a republican and I question those politicans listed on the invite agenda. They do not represent my type of politics and they are using their elected position to promote someone that does not represent me.

Korge is nuts to participate in a republican tea fest.

That photo tells everything a voter needs to know … but will voters know?

It doesnot matter how much money she raises. Remember Cantor.

Cantor lost to a Tea Partier! Bad analogy!

I've received two mailers from a labor PAC or ECO or whatever you call supporting Cava. I don't support higher taxes for job creation. That's the private sectors job, literally.

I'm not a Bell fan, but I'm not for raising taxes to fund CBO's either like at the finance committee hearing yesterday. They have public charity status and can receive funds from other sources.

I do support 100% funding of our library's, police & fire. However, the later are a bit top heavy along with the 29th floor.

It is going to be an interesting campaign.

Lynda is not a fiscal conservative when it comes to her family. Her daughter applied for a HUD grant and got free police training. The Redland Hotel owned by her husband got a $50,000 grant to paint it. I wonder how many grants her family has gotten. Her other daughter works at the county as a 311 operator. Talk about the public dole, they have it covered. You are the ones voting for all the bonds which we have to pay off for a 1,000 years. That is far worse than your taxes getting raised. How much bond money actually is spent each year from the budget. Lynda Bell has her own ECO. It is the norm now.

That is so true about her making elections partisan. She did it in 2007 in her first race for Mayor of Homestead and raised the nastiness factor to a new level. She takes no prisoners and contrary to the so called Christian persona she tries to portray, there is NOTHING she will not do or say to preserve herself and her family on the public dole.

I'm surprised to see Korge participating in anything Lynda Bell. He's got a plan, I'm sure.

Korge has RE development interests in South Dade in Dist. 8.

Korge and some of the others stick out like a wart on the end of a witches nose. How many of those people are from south dade, other than businesses trying to build-out the land?

To be honest, this invite takes my breath away. I would love to trace all the transactions that take place following this event. Who comes and goes, and where she hangs out.

These contributions show the power of incumbency fighting tooth and nail to preserve its own power. The best democracy money can buy.

I am quite surprise at the Lt. Governor hanging out with this bunch. As they say "birds of a feather flock together". Only person missing is Marco Rubio.

Actually Taddeo reached out to Dems prior to Cava announcing.
Actual amount Hotel Redland received from the CRA was $25,000 not $50,000.

Any candidate running for commissioner after lynda's last not-a non-partian run would be really dumb if she did not see if she had support from what ever party she was a member of. What if cava was a republican.... The republician guys/lobbyists really would have an issue with who to suck up to.

Lynda and her pal, Kionne McGhee has taken sleazy political campaigns to new heights. If they can't get what they want one way, they are going to use every other way they can weasel.

There are so many people that feel the ONLY issue is Pro-life. For them, a politician is either with them or against them. It doesn't matter what else they do. It doesn't matter if the politician is for the death penalty, against food stamps, for bombing innocents, denying health care, etc. etc. etc. If the politician is pro-life, they get the vote!

police and firefighter union lobbyists strongly represented

Try not to forget that Daniella Levine Cava is listed as a priority candidate for "Ruth's List" and had an attack ad against Bell paid for by the Miami-Dade Democrats. Just saying...
