Raining INSIDE Miami International Airport. by Geniusofdespair
Miami Herald Video. Like lets talk about stadium after stadium when the rest of the County is falling apart. Let's bilk visitors for money when the first thing they see is this: a rainstorm inside the airport. We are such idiots. When are we going to think about infrastructure and less about stupid ideas?
I have a good idea, lets tax tourists more -- or how about a bond? -- and build that sky rise thing in Bayfront Park (that anyone is seriously entertaining this idea is insane). It is just another wacky building we have to subsidize. Let it rain inside the airport. More fresh water for all!! Tourists passing by had their tongues out to catch some.

You mean after several decades of construction at the airport and almost a trillion dollars spent during this period, it is now leaking?
I bet some vendor was chasing the tourists to charge them for the water?
You see an arrow pointing to "D11" at one point. That means this is not one of the ancient obsolete central terminals but rather the newly renovated and expanded (for a few $billion) north terminal.
If it doesn't have proper pitch it is going to need to be redone.
Just a thought maybe the County could hire the Miami Dolphins and put a roof over the Airport.
That looks like the the New Tunnel which the Mayor had built
can the county build anything that does not leak? art center,tunnel and now the Airport maybe the Mayors son can Lobby/reconmend a company to fix this.
maybe if we didn't put so much money in Gimenez' kids pockets (they are lobbyists) we could build something correctly. oh, crap forgot: maybe his kid will get more money to lobby to fix the problem. bet they will give daddy great gifts for fathers day and X-Mas

Bovo wants libraries to foot the bill to move into and fix park buildings. Make the library dept. pay for the airport repairs.
The airport is self funding. In fact, the airlines run it and control the budget. They also divert money from the general Avaition airports to fund mia. That is why MDAD real estate people screws the businesses on Opa Locka. The more money they make off the small business owners the more they can move elsewhere to substidze the commissioners and big airlines.
Jorge Luis Lopez is a freaking joke, albeit while making enormous money from taxpayers. lets find his ex-wife : maybe she'll be willing to share with us who the real Jorge is. he needs to be in prison sharing his happy Sunday thoughts
