NY Times website shut down by hackers ... by gimleteye
For the second day in a row and third time this month, the NY Times website is down, infiltrated by hackers perhaps from Syria. This is a big deal: is anyone reporting it?

I read this satire tweet on twitter today:
Syrian hackers shut down NY Times for a period of time today? Why don't we see this kind of positive story on the Syrians in the press?
Amidst the tragedy, it did make me smile just a little bit.
