Miami Beach: Always Amusing. By Geniusofdespair

Bay, talk about vendettas, there is one going on in Miami Beach and the City Attorney is a party to it. I have been getting LOADS of emails from the two guys that City Attorney Jose Smith mentions in this email to "George". I don't know who "George" is but I found this email troubling (if it is real and it appears to be) because it is written in Jose Smith's official capacity, calling 2 people "Mentally Deranged". I think that is unprofessional. He should sue the two if they irk him but he is as guilty as they are if he is writing these kinds of emails.

“Michael Wind” is a pseudo name for Sacha Winderbaum, whose dental license was suspended by the State because of gross malpractice. He was evicted from my family’s office building in Bay Harbor years ago for non-payment of rent, practicing without a license and criminal mischief (vandalism). In retaliation, he has been filing frivolous complaints against my family for years, claiming that I operate businesses out of my home.

As shown in the attachments, both your department and the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust dismissed these false allegations.

My wife lawfully manages our family’s properties out of her Surfside real estate office. No business has ever been conducted at my residence.

Davie Walters and Sasha Winderbaum are engaged in a vicious, slanderous campaign against my family because I don’t put up with their nonsense.

Both are mentally deranged, unemployed, and spend their entire lives making up stuff against anyone in public service. Pay no attention to either one.

Remember no vendettas. We don't care.

Genius,
I actually find this message quite restrained. Anyone who views commission meetings in our many municipalities knows that the term "mentally deranged" is often quite accurate. They get a mouthpiece and some attention

The previous commenter was spot on. To call someone deranged in public is impolitic, but in a private letter? Think of the things this blog has called people. Accuracy is not always polite.

A private letter? This is a very public government email and I do not work for the government. They should be more restrained. I don't have the same standards.

Why is Jorge Gonzalez on the facebook of the wife of the city attorney ? Where is Gus Lopez ? And read today's NY Times article on corruption in Miami. This will enlighten those not understanding the anger in City Hall.
