Blogger at Voter's Opinion hires Private Eye. By Geniusofdespair

Photo of operative holding an absentee ballot from VotersOpinion.com
Blogger Stephanie Kienzle hired P.I. Joe Carillo to look into the North Miami Beach election where absentee ballot fraud is also flourishing.  Just like in Hialeah, Joe Carillo actually caught a political operative in North Miami Beach red handed, holding a ballot. Carillo took his photos to Public Corruption and they didn't really care. Kienzle says:
"Absentee ballot fraud is a monster of a problem that doesn’t seem to be taken seriously by any of the law enforcement agencies, the Attorney General’s Office, the Miami State Attorney’s Office, the Florida Legislature, the courts, and the various and sundry Elections and Ethics Commissions. The boleteros in Hialeah know this. The ballot brokers in northeast Miami-Dade County know this. They buy elections through absentee ballot fraud with impunity.

Apparently, it’s been left up to investigative reporters, bloggers and ordinary citizens to do whatever they can to protect the integrity of the vote. Without help from authorities, we are left to take up the charge against fraud and corruption. Even when we have evidence and good leads, we get doors slammed in our faces by those public servants who were elected or hired to protect us from the fraudsters.

For now, it appears we are on our own. Folks, you need to keep your eyes and ears open to any and all voter fraud. If you see or hear anything fishy, please contact me or Melissa Sanchez at msanchez@elnuevoherald.com"

The problem with getting Kathy Fernandez Rundle's office interested in absentee ballot fraud cases is that you have to overcome the fact that KFR has hired some of these same balloteros that Joe Carillo has exposed to the light of day.

Kathy Fernandez Rundle pays some of same lobbyists and "middlemen" who are accused in a multitude of investigations.

In my opinion this last few days on the absentee voter fraud reporting should be viewed as political terrorism and a serious threat to our great democracy. It's obvious as long as this has been going on our local judicial authorities are not interested in doing anything because it affects them. Hopefully, if the feds are looking at this now we can see some results.

Can we all decide once and for all that we won't vote for KFR again, regardless of her opponent?

If anyone is left in Miami Dade County who actually understands the US constitution or even in the State of Florida please come forward with the power of the Federal Government. This is just beyond the pale of something I thought I'd ever see in this great country. How did Miami Dade turn in to Venezuela or worse, Cuba, when it comes to elections? Sickening, frightening aren't even the right words here. People wonder why we have the worst elected officials. I always tell them they're not really elected by the people. They're puppets of whoever wants to buy them for government contracts or whatever. I've been proven right and it sucks.

KFR could give a rat's ass about this issue.

No doubt she utilized the services of Deisy via "middlemen" to insure victory at the polls.

It would behoove her to arm's length this issue.

Especially since her BFF Mama June Bell has now come up on the Public Corruption Unit's radar.

I am going to give your readers a hint in a short story. A man by the name of Jerry Ramos is the one who forced KFR to recuse herself from the investigation. Mr. Ramos worked for Al Lorenzo; And is a convicted felon. Here is the catch. Ms. Cabrera and Mr. Ramos were associates from what I know and READY FOR THIS??? KFR reduced his probation time down by 50%!!! He was the one to be pressed on this case because if he was he could have had his probation revoked and sent to federal prison. Didn't Mr. Lorenzo sign a sworn affidavit stating none of his workers took part in this? Seems my Lorenzo should be tried for perjury. I hope someone in Law Enforcement is reading this. Mr. Ramos is the key to this case besides Ms. Cabrera. KFR is not going to investigate as she will end up near Mr. Ramos in Prison.
What ever happened to the Phantom ballot requests with the domestic IP address?? Please look into the De La Portilla family. KFR does not want to do that either because they worked for her in the past. Why in the world would it have taken so long to release these notebooks from Ms. Cabrera? The State was ready to go to trial until it was publicized it cannot continue as evidence was being suppressed. The notebooks were hidden for a reason. Looks like it is time to subpoena the police and find out why.

And Francois Illias works with Al Lorenzo? Didn't Carlos Gimenez fire Illias over a absentee ballot scandal? Was that just for show?

Anonymous said...

yes they were fired.. And NO it was not a show. Gimenez did not and will not tolerate that crap..

So what was done in North Miami? Let me guess, nothing. I am sure the state attorney was more concerned with who hired the PI and why rather than investigate the crime. You are right when you say we are on our own. This sucks.

Recall Rundle. Let's do it.

The anon who commented on phantom ballot requests: you're on the right track.

Wasn't Steven Cody the lawyer who defended Lynda Bell's ABs after the election? Maybe any investigation should start with what he knows.

Carlos Gimenez is still pandering to lobbyists involved in the absentee ballot scandal. Nothing has changed.
