As a White MB resident, this isn't OK. It is crowds of unruly people who end of leaving the beach an absolute disaster. Later in the evening after a day of sun and drinking, there is rowdiness and mayhem. Take a look at this article and this video to get an idea of what it can really be like. Hopefully, this year will be quieter but somehow I doubt it/
