I was cruising around Google Maps on the Western Edge of Miami Dade County - "The Lake Belt" and found this (you must blow it up to get the full impact):
What the hell is that? Is it where they bury the bodies? Is it where they put the explosives?
following are 2 photos of what I picked up out there and a photo of a map of the area where I picked up these nuggets. Do they look familiar from the beach? Our Western rock pits are filled with the remains of shells from sea life! Are they rock mining out there or are they shell mining?

and won't be long before it's all under water again.
The fossils and rocks that you show were formed 120,000 years ago when due to a warmer climate, sea level was ~ 25 feet higher than today and much of southern Florida was covered by a shallow sea similar to what we see today on in the Bahamas

genius, that's a petrified mermaid wonder bra !
Looks like a photogrammetry target. It is a way of surveying land using aerial photography. The cross marks a known location which can be used as a basis for measurements using aerial photos of the site.
