Up until September 30th, we had 49,325 foreclosures this year in Miami-Dade County. In September we had 4,972 foreclosures, down about 1,000 from last year. If we estimate 5,000 a month till the end of the year, there will be 64,325 foreclosures this year.

It sounds like there's a real housing crisis in Miami. In London, the problem is that property prices are still way in excess of what ordinary people earn. They've gone down a little, but not significantly.
