Power Hungry: high concept idea for restaurant for lobbyists and legislators together ... by gimleteye

America exports culture to the rest of the world, and for the most part it is very well loved. Now that Asian economies are more robust and vibrant than ours, have the tables turned? Here is a restaurant concept that could gain traction in our state capitols, or Washington, or even Miami where the power hungry will stop at nothing to get what they want. This concept is more than a nice place for lobbyists to wine and dine elected officials. It is "Modern Toilet"; a restaurant in Taipei with 100 seats made of toilet bowls. You are going to have to sit down, for this one. Do I sense a Franchise Opportunity? What do you think? More photos...

Have you never been to Le Tub in Hollywood, Fl.? According to Oprah, and Maxim Magazine, it's America's best hamburger, and wall to wall toilets and urinals.

This is a case of trendy gone horribly wrong.

It would be practical only if you could accomplish two things at once.

Le Tub - is a bit overblown but I'm all for any reuse of our toilets and tubs :-)
