We haven’t looked at the property County Commissioner Joe Martinez secured from a developer in 2005 for $85,000 in a while, a developer who does not sell parcel’s of land as a rule, he packages land with houses. But for Joe he made an exception and the County's Ethics Dept. bestowed their blessings on the deal. Then he got free work done on the house. The Ethics Dept. said that was okay too. Well, the house is built now and from the looks of it: It is overbuilt. Thought you might want to be updated and take a look at his sweetheart deal, new home.I am too lazy to look up the whole thing, if you want more, look at the Defede: Joe Martinez, I am not a crook video .
