It is so important not to leave judges out when you vote! By Geniusofdespair

Abby Cynamon Battles Bad Banker Ricardo Corona for Judge. Miami New Times Reporter Elfrink said:

"Corona's leadership at his family's Sunshine State Bank earned him a lifetime ban from the banking industry thanks to millions of dollars in shady loans and startup money from a drug smuggler."

I am glad I endorsed Abby Cynamon on August 11th. Google the judges, make an effort to vote for all of them or they will just be elected on whether their last name sounds right!

Thanks, Genius & New Times, for bringing that out into the light. It's good to have something solid to base your vote on, which is difficult in judicial races.

I voted today and I didn't find the convenience and accountability of my vote that had been tooted by Florida's elections officials. The ballot was confusing and long, particularly having to fill the circles (I thought I was back in Kindegarten) w/o my hand trembling due to old age. Once done, I took it to the scanner expecting a receipt to verify my vote -it didn't exist.

At least with the touch screen system one could double check our selections before pressing the red button to finalize the vote. With the new system, one has to read the ballot again to find any mistakes. My husband couldn't find Ruvin on his ballot (so he says). He also believes the old system was 100% better than the new one. Another waste of money?

If your husband is not a registered Dem, he would not have seen Harvey Rubin's name on the ballot. That is a partisan race, unlike the remainder of the County election Ballot.

I asked what would happen if we filled in the wrong oval...and be ready to fill in a lot of ovals...they said you have to redo the ballot.

Remember those you pick for Judges may someday be very important to you or your family.

My family and I are very impressed with Abby and Migna.
The others just don't do it for us so we voted for those we spoke with at the Coral Way Library last Sunday.
Everyone was nice and we had a great experience untill that Judge Cohen or Judy (whatever her name is)showed up turning the place upside-down with her bitchy tactics.
As far as Corona is concerned, we don't drink beer.
