Photos From Mayor Tomas Regalado's Swearing-In Ceremony. By Geniusofdespair

Congratulations Tomas Regalado! That is the Unreformable County Commissioner Barbara Jordan talking to one of the "Browns". They moved the UDB for their application to build a shopping center/office park last cycle, winning an administrative hearing opinion (against environmental groups). Hit read more for more photos taken with a GOOD camera this time...each is linked to a story or link from this blog.

Miguel Diaz de la Portilla - Working as a Lobbyist trying to move the UDB for the Ferro Application.
County Commission Bully Joe Martinez.
County Commissioner Bruno Barreiro - One of the unreformable majority.
I just liked her hair, it added a little color to the event.
Infamous Lobbyist Armando Gutierrez - Ran Regalado's campaign and he is a family friend. Schoool Board's outspoken Marta Perez. She is also an erratic voter on the Regional Planning Council, representing the School Board.
South Miami Mayor Horace G. Feliu. I saw him stand up at a Public Service Commission hearing saying that South Miami supported the two new nuclear reactors proposed at Turkey Point. Nice going Horace. Did the residents vote on this?
County Commissioner Carlos Gimenez (left) talking to two guys - Anyone know who they are?
School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho.
Ick.

What a cast of characters... and Armando Gutierrez apparently directing the show. Residents of Miami, check your pockets after leaving your house, and then again upon returning home.

Anyone know who the two guys with Gimenez are?

The best view of Natasha is a view of her leaving....

I see that South Miami's crooked "whoresass" Feliu was there

The two guys with Carlos Gimenez are currently doing a train on your wife.

Cast of thousands. Tomas Regalado gave a great speech. He stated he would "clean up" Miami and later he introduced the new FBI Resident Chief just in case any one missed the earlier warning.

Time for the employees with no-show jobs to leave. You know who you are.

Regalado needs to clean house. Too many idiots wasting the taxpayers money.

Former Mayor Diaz and Pete Hernandez have left Regalado a $100 mil plus deficit.

Regalado will be short term mayor. He is a puppet for the unions and they are responsible for the deficit.

Who is the lady with the heavy eyeliner and pink long hair? I thought Halloween was over!

Guttierrez is just the latest in a long line of major domos facilitating the Banana Republic under the lazy eye of the law.

I didn't see a single lobbyist or developer, all the people in expensive suits were part of "the people."

The man in the middle is Manny Alonso Poch. Owns the Arts and Minds school in coconut grove.

After winning 72% Regalado is South Florida's Prom Queen.
Everyone wants to be seen next to him. Luckily or not so does Crist. Hopefully he can swing some stimulus money our way.

The 'Thing' with the heavy eyeliner and pink long hair is a two-timing witch. She played around with Tomas while his wife was not looking.

The two guys with Gimenez are Manny Alonso Poch (gray hair) who has an idea to build a Marine Design Center of the Americas on Virginia Key. The other gentlemen is Hilario Candela, the architect of the historic Miami Marine Stadium on Virginia Key.

ok g.o.d. - you made me blurt out laughing with your commentary on the walking burberry bag swinging sea cow..made my day.

Isn't Manny Poch the same guy who rents is tacky building to the School Board for two times what it is worth? Doesn't he get $30,000 per month for $10,000 per month of space?

Careful he does not pave over Virginia Key and demolish the Marine Stadium.

Everyone in Miami should know these faces. Thank you for exposing us to photos that we never see in the Miami Herald.

the people = developers and lobbyists

Brown's companies give heavily to a lot of campaigns.

Diaz DeLa Portilla is running against former City of South Miami Mayor Julio Robaina for the State Senate.

South Miami residents never approved Turkey Point! The resolution that City of South Miami Mayor Feliu referenced when he spoke before the Public Service Commission was adopted by the South Miami City Commission almost a year before the Turkey Point nuclear project was publicly announced. Mayor Feliu openly perjured himself when he stated that South Miami residents were in favor of the Turkey Point nuclear project. Someone needs to send a copy of the city commission tape, nuclear hearing transcript and Feliu’s resolution to Public Service Commissioner’s Argenziano and Skopp. The Public Service Commission hearing was quasi-judicial and City of South Miami Mayor Horace G. Feliu committed a criminal act.

Tomorrow is my blog on Horace...

I was there at that hearing too... Remember that the Vice mayor of Homestead kissed ass and brought his own resolution from Homestead?

He said that the community supported the nukes. Heck, the community never even heard of the plans. There was even a person who lived in Keys Gate who stated that he had never heard of any public hearing about it, in spite of the vice mayor claims.

What happened to the rest of the pictures? I can only see the Jordan/Brown one.

disregard last post...it was a technical problem on my end.

Poor Regalado. He has to make sure he doesn't get smothered by the lobbyists. And the $250,000 per year firemen are the worst.

Armando: You need some liposuction on that chin.
