He is definitely a weird dude. I saw him interviewed by Putney yesterday. He appears to be rather feminine as right-wingers go. Sort of reminds me of Mr. Rogers. Very awkward.
This picture shows what a sociopath he is. And true, Dick Scott has the speaking skills of an effeminate 12 year old. I have never seen a politician who is so ill at ease when they speak as Scott is. He is a disaster.
