Natacha Seijas and Lynda Bell: The Ties that Bind. By Geniusofdespair

Word on the street is that last Friday Lynda Bell, Candidate for District 8, and one of her campaign consultants, Jose Luis Castillo were seen visiting Vile Natacha Seijas' office. I previously reported that the Stephen Cody Lawsuit against Eugene Flinn (which was dismissed) might have connections to Natacha as Cody represented her in a lawsuit. Coincidentally Cody worked with Miguel DeGrandy one of Natacha's fave people. Miguel DeGrandy and family were also on Lynda Bell's campaign report. So, do I think Natacha Seijas is helping Lynda Bell in this campaign? You bet I do. I also think Natacha's good friend Armando Gutierrez is helping Bell.

Connecting the dots, there is more than a fat chance that the fat one is helping Lynda:

Lynda Bell's campaign report has "Greenpointe" company listed as "consulting" several times. It also lists "Jose Luis Castillo" at the exact same address as her consultant. Looking for both, turns up a Green Point Consulting. Castillo is an officer (see graphic below from his website). Castillo was the only one from any campaign at the Cody-Flinn trial.

Jose Luis Castillo is also directly linked to Natacha. He's the Vice Chair of the Jay Molina ITC which she chairs. You all remember what the ITC is, right? It is that insane county travel group that Natacha is the head of (see graphic below) where the vile one travels for free on our dime.

Castillo is listed with Victor Bao on the same website. Bao was the one who ran against Katy Sorenson in 2006. Castillo is on Bao's campaign report. "Creative Ideas" was also on Bao's campaign report - that is Maritiza Gutierrez, Armando's wife - Natacha's BFF. It was rumored that Natacha Seijas recruited Bao to run against Katy in 2006.

Don't know much about Natacha Seijas - watch this video.

Doesn't Castillo pay street money to the rent-a-crowds that are organized to support applications to move the Urban Development Boundary?

Bell can't win. Natacha and her crew know that. Still, it is worth doing the motions and the trouble just to lay out markers for Flinn to take note of, like a male dog peeing on four corners.

I am going to tell you all one more time, do not underestimate Lynda Bell. She has had the taste of power and will do or say anything to regain a position. All you have ot do is take a look at the campaign reports and endorsements from her last Mayoral campaign. It is not hard to "connect the dots." She will partner with anyone and anything to gain an advantage. Lets just say she does not practice what she preaches. Interesting, does this siganl a possible parting of the ways between the original Vile One and Farm Bureau ? That group has always counted on the help of VNS but its members overwhelmingly did not support Bell in the 2007 race against Steve Losner and do not appear to be in the Bell camp this time. Flinn better pull his head out of his butt and understand that Bell is like no other opponent he has ever faced.

The Farm Bureau are out of the game because the future value of their property as subdivisions is nil. Seijas has them on the side burner until they're valuable again. It's kind of interesting now that the money game has changed -- land speculators are basically just burning cash profits from the boom times, and, waiting it out like everyone else. So Seijas really doesn't have any backing except for the voters in her district who get a free breakfast every now and then in Hialeah. She must be having fun watching Bell do the hula hoop for her.

All those dots! The company they are associated with is called VMark Media, they are pros in Social Media Marketing and from what I hear run campaigns nationwide for different candidates. I took a look and they do things in Spain, Mexico and even heard they were an integral component presidential campaigns in Dominican Republic and Colombia...the company is not to be taken lightly, in hear they are aggressive and effective. Watch out Flinn, stay away, they are supposed to be the top in what they do. To connect more dots, I think they did a few of those governors campaigns like Rick Scott, Meek and that Obama had used during his election...they got a lot bigger sine then. So keep your eye on VMark Media and Miami please.

Let's analyze this situation if it is true: Lynda Bell who keeps reminding us that she "drew a line in the sand" against development and developers is now partnered with one of the best friends the development community has on the Commission. So, which is it going to be, Ms Bell, winning through unholy alliances or running a race funded and supported by those who share your stated positions against over development and the people who take advantage ? I see a pattern here of do as I say, not as I do.

As someone who lives and works in District 8, I want to know why or how it's allowed that a commissioner I CAN NOT vote for, but can VOTE on issues that impact me, has their hands in my life?

All this seems to be more than just an endorsement. Isn't that corruption when a commissioner in one district tries to control the outcome of an election in another?

In a world turned upside down in the event of a Bell win, she would quickly learn that there can be only one Queen of Mean.
On a related note, where will Marin pop up in all of this intrigue ?

I am wondering if the involvement of VNS will keep Rosen and his mega bucks out of a campaign against Bell. Think about it, you DO NOT want to be the developer who t's off VNS. The plot thickens by the moment.

Maybe everyone should read this post from last week about this election:

What does the District 8 runoff election represent to me? It is like the Supreme Court swing seat. WE win many of the super majority votes in the Miami Dade Commission by one or lose them by one. Without the right person in Katy Sorenson's seat, you will see this County slip further down the tubes -- we will shift right. As I said all along, this is the most important county seat and I am not alone in this assessment.

Everyone (including some of those awful political operatives) are lining up behind one or the other of the candidates. From what I can tell they are both going to need a shitload of money and the dorky public is not stepping forward with donations so we are going to see all the usual suspects lining up to dole out the dough.

In spite of this, YOU are going to have to trust your candidate to take the money and the political consultant help and not be beholden to the special interest. It is a leap of faith, it is a matter of who are you going to trust. Katy had taken money from special interests and help from political operatives with her campaigns but when it came time to vote, she did the right thing. All that help with her campaign did not enter into her decisions. Will your candidate stand strong like she did? I believe my choice for a candidate will. In fact, he has told me to my face and let me tell you...someone will be speaking in a soprano voice if they lied to my face. And, Katy Sorenson has endorsed Eugene Flinn based on her trust of him. She has taken her leap of faith.

I am a realist. I think that there is a great vile power behind one candidate and the only way the other candidate can combat it is with money and expertise.
