Keep Us Safe Republicans, Please Keep Us Safe. By Geniusofdespair

Republican President George Bush Being Told of 9/11 Attacks. He was reading a book to school kids in Florida at the time.

All those voters from dumpy small towns around America that watched the Republican debate last night about safety from terrorists don't have to worry about foreign terrorists. They have to worry about domestic terrorism. The foreign terrorists are after the big cities. The big hauls. So you small town people that love your guns, you don't need to be kept safe by the Republicans suffering from xenophobia (2 Cuban xenophobes, interesting). No one cares about your little dusty town...that is, except for American terrorists.

In The movie "Spymaster: CIA Caught in the Crosshairs"  the past directors of the CIA made it very VERY clear that they knew an attack was coming BEFORE 9/11 and they told the Republican administration. They were visibly frustrated in the movie from lack of response, because what did the Republicans do: NOTHING.

So let's blame Obama. That is what the Republican candidates on the dais are doing. It is all Obama's fault according to them.

Let's look at smaller town terrorism because these are the idiots that vote for Republicans, that would even consider Sarah Palin or Donald Trump as presidential material.

The heartbreak of Sandy Hook: Adam Lanza shot 20 children and 6 adults dead. Mentally ill kid with a gun. Columbine High School in Jefferson City 12 more school kids dead and one teacher. The executioner was a student. Oklahoma City another home grown terrorist killed 168 people. Aurora, a nut job named James Holmes killed 12 at a movie theater.

Some of the 20 children killed at Sandy Hook. Adam NOT A MUSLIM Lanza killed them.
Hey kids, your government can't stop these kinds of insane acts with good intelligence. But they could have stopped 9/11 where 2,996 people were killed. But Republicans didn't listen. They just didn't listen. So let's blame Obama, oh, don't forget to blame Hillary too.

The Republicans created Isis with a war in Iraq that Cheney wanted. I don't trust the Pubs to do anything about them. Let's learn from the Russians who have a lot more experience with getting into bad wars that you can't win in the Middle East. Read about the curse of Lawrence of Arabia:
The bottom line to this saga is that Iraq is not a real country - like, say, Persia (Iran) which has existed for 2,500 years. It is an artificial construct and can only be held together by force. Iraq and its people have no history of nor familiarity with democratic institutions. The three former vilayets of which it is composed still have no mutual cohesiveness. Mosul in the north is Kurdish, Basra in the south is Shiite Arab, Baghdad in the middle is Sunni Arab. The Kurds, Shiites and Sunnis all hate each other. It takes a Saddam to hold the place together.
What did we do: We killed him, creating an avalanche of really unhappy, bat-shit crazy Muslims.

"Reading makes a country great" tablet should have hit W on the head.
He, who relied on a short one page briefing in the morning and then went of to ride his bike.

May be that's the reason he married a librarian, to compensate.

The picture say's it all about him.

Fidel was right, don't trust a dry drunk.

Very insightful, when will the small towers figure it out.

Towers wrong. Meant to say "towns."

The Iraq war started by neocons in the Republican Party caused the mess the area is now in. We (Bush administration) decided to disband the Iraq army and fire all government employees. This group became ISIS. Republican candidates for president just blame Obama for everything.

I read your damn post. Happy? No eye operation pictures please. Once was enough.

I read your damn post, it wasn't as painful as I thought. I don't agree with the Curse of Lawrence of Arabia story.

I read your bloody post and happen to agree with all of it. Keep up the good work.

ZWoman nailed it. I always wonder why people who believe in the Republican Party consider themself to be fiscally conservative and true capitalists. Historically that train of thought and the actions of their Congress have depleted the country. The Dems have a poor messaging strategy that doesn't explain the math behind their decisions.

I read your damn post.
So, I know at one point you registered as an R to be able to vote in a primary and throw off numbers. Are you still registered that way? If so, which bozo are you voting for?

Since it looks like HRC is gonna be the Dems nominee, is there any benefit in me changing from D to R to be able to pick someone she can beat?

Yes I am still a Republican and I am voting for the Donald.

I read your damn post. Yesterday!
You are still the first bookmark on my phone and I check in multiple times a day to see if there is anything new.

I read your damm post and even followed your directions. You are right. Not only do we have an issue with Republicans we have an issue with media. Last weekend on CNN it was either ISIS or Donald all day long. Nothing about the Canada, or the prime minister. Nothing Nothing about Syrian refugees.
A few weeks ago there was a white guy making bombs in his house in port st lucie. Never made it to the tv because he was white. Dec 12. John Kaminsky. He was a fugitive from NJ.
It's been a tough few weeks. Social Media sucks. People are ugly.
I'm trying to stay calm because I have xmas in the inlaws. They all watch Fox, think Obama is a Muslim. (Not my dil but the rest of the family) I'm afraid if I get too intense I'll be uninvited for Christmas Eve.
I love you guys and read you every day. You are my inspiration. We tweet and share you all over the place. Maybe you need a like button.
Some days I just do not want to say anything stupid.

yes, Republicans excel at doing bad shit then waving shiny objects and pointing away from themselves..its the idiots who believe them that has me worried- im glad you're voting for the donald in the primary, anyone who puffs themselves up that much and sends the "establishment Republicans" into fainting spells cant be all that bad, for a primary vote anyway

We're the biggest terrorists. The fear campaign trumped up by the war mongers makes me sick. The military industrial complex is working overtime and the idiots still fall for it every-time. An idiot woman selling glasses the other day told me I needed a plastic protective coating on my lenses because of Syrians. My only hope is that the idiots who do not believe in sea level rise will be standing on the beach when the Tsunami comes thinking its a pretty blue wave.

Appreciate your efforts and investigation on "many matters"---yes, many matters we have in this county. The unreformable bunch on the commission dias
is our biggest thorn in the rear. Again Thanks for your reporting on all issues.

Here is the bloody deal and no I am not speaking of your eye pix although I am fascinated by anything having to do with vision. On that note, the republicans do not have vision they have highly selective hindsight. They choose what and what not to claim as their own and whatever is their choice is filtered to their lemmings through Fox News in the most sensational way. The fact that the likes of the entire Bush 1 and Bush 2 admins are not behind bars as war criminals is appalling at best to many outside of the USA (or to those other than the FN lemmings). Their souls are sullied but their collective conscience is muddied by the money they have made through their decisions. All of us who do not spend time watching FN need to get our asses out and vote. DO YOU HEAR THAT MIAMI! Get yourself out get your neighbors out to try and assure that these heartless megalomaniacal gluttons do not regain control of our country. If they do you are to blame. VOTE DAMNIT!

Yes, I read your damned post, like I do most everyday. You are particularly illuminating on matters of local political shenanigans. It's an uphill battle but any erosion of the bought-off political machine is helpful to us all. Thanks for that!
