OPEN CARRY: STUPID BEYOND BELIEF!!
Hey Mr. Boss Man, Can I Get A Raise?...Step A little closer.... |
They want guns legal on campuses, and the Florida House is proposing that weapons don't have to be concealed anymore. Just put it on desk next to your computer or on your car's dashboard for easy access during road rage. Intimidate anyone you want. Whoa I like that. Nothing like intimidation. Only bullying is better. If you have a hot head, all the better. This bill is flying through the House:
I previously wrote about a second bill that allows guns on campuses 4001 also sponsored by Steube.
With this new bill, intimidation is open to you all --- in most circumstances. Looks like you can take it to a School Board Meeting or a County Commission Meeting. Can I bring it up with me when I speak at the podium?
Floridians are you out of your fucking minds? A man just shot And killed a waitress because she told him he couldn't smoke and this bill allows guns to be displayed at restaurants that don't primarily serve liquor. Are we going to have waiters with guns on their trays and patrons with guns on the tables?
Is Greg Steube really as insane as his bills? |
The sponsor Greg Steube's father is a sheriff. What is going on with all this gun nonsense? Can you bring one into Greg's office and put it in your lap as you pepper him with requests? Can I go to his son, Ethan Gregory's chess club (only sports events are exempt) and wave my legal gun in the air? What if there is a bad call on the match? Can I point my gun at the judge? If you can do THOSE THINGS maybe I am not so against these two bills. If it actually effects the sponsor of such stupid bills as these I am willing to go with it. If I can approach Greg Steube with my weapon in view to have a friendly conversation, I will get a permit and a gun. It will be worth it. I will be making so many personal visits people will start to love me...because they will be very afraid.
Let's meet for lunch at Panera or Starbucks and discuss your future in the legislature Greg, yes they don't have a liquor license...PERFECT!

The NRA is alive and well in Tallahassee.
If they want open carry that means everywhere. Be careful what you wish for. If people are walking around with guns I think we should all stay home from shopping or going out to eat. You do know there is a bill ( still in court) that health care workers can't ask if people have firearms. Of course most people think its no ones business. Sometimes its not. But our computers will not let us upload our assessments unless we answer the questions. and it will a felony to ask. Even if your a psych home care nurse with a suicidal patient.
You know I don't REALLY want this...I am just following it to its conclusion...hoping it backfire on the legislators who I guess have their own guns in their pocket.
Totally understand you don't want this lol
I didn't mean be careful what YOU wish for. I meant the people pushing this crazy agenda.
The world is insane. The people who run our world are more insane.
Where O Where are our mom bloggers and activists? I don't want to be dumb, but if our communities are already over flowing with weapons in our children's hands...what happens when it is legal?
Moms? Dad? Grandparents doesn't someone give a shit?
These gun nuts will not be satisfied until every lunatic in town is packing a sidearm. Every minor incident of social conflict will result in death or serious injury. Who are these people that believe that is the society they want for their children?
They should start by allowing people to bring their weapons (including sniper rifles and AR-15s) into the Capitol building in Tallahassee. If that works out OK for them, then maybe think about expanding it, but not until.
Most of the members of the Florida Legislature are certifiably nuts. How did they get to a position that threatens the lives of their fellow Floridians? The NRA, that's how. And from conservatives who only care about depriving women of reproductive rights and putting more value on the potential life of a zygote or fetus than an unwanted child. Oh, and yes, let's throw in some religious fanaticism.
So, yes to open carry in the State Capitol. That should take care of the problem.

I agree. This should be the first test. We saw how well the black bear hunt went. A freakin bloodbath.
Here is the other thing and maybe someone knows this. Won't this affect like with our homeowners insurance? Maybe it sounds lame but what will insurance companies do if everyone is getting shot. Could be worse than hurricane.
