It appears from the ad, the UDB must have been moved in 2012 for it or else it would not have SEWER service. The taxable value is $417,180. It was sold for $67,500 in 1972. |
Our reader David (see comments) said it is on 6th Street not 60th. Reading over the ad, I did make a mistake, I thought it was near our wellfield on NW 60th. That would put it about here (the Red box) The yellow X is Target land formerly Lowes Big Box Store:
This land is outside the UDB Line as far as I know. How could it have sewer service? Krome is at 177 Avenue. It is either owned by MDXQ LLC (KILLMER, JACK), or the 3 people at top (12 Acres). From the ad I would say it is the 3 people named in the graphic. If it is, the land is zoned Ag, Open Land, but it does say interim - awaiting zoning and it is in the 2015 expansion area for the UDB.

Good research, G.O.D. No one remembers anything with respect to the Lake Belt. The legislature is poised to eliminate the fee rock miners have been paying as "mitigation" for destroying Everglades wetlands. Promises made by one generation to the next are being broken left and right.
Isn't it NW 6th ST, not NW 60th ST. NW 6th ST would put it just west of where Lowes wanted to put their store.
I will check David....
Genius of despair and on the heals of this we also have the big firestorm brewing with he Everglades greenway bike path which is from my understanding with the Indian tribes bringing major pushback and they are furious over the air show idea also so let's see if they hold up or bend with these politicians
I have never seen since big cypress was created so much assault towards the Everglades and natural areas as there is now . Where is the old environmental movement from back then and where are the big protests to stop these things ??? The protests was part why so many areas were protected along with very influential people were is everyone now just sitting idiol !!
Thank you David made corrections
