A top Florida House Republican is admitting he failed to properly disclose his finances. Rep. Erik Fresen, R-Miami, has reached an agreement with the Florida Commission on Ethics over charges that he did not include correct information on annual financial disclosure forms.Vote for Daisy J. Baez for this seat --- 114. Let's dump Fresen.
Between 2008 and 2011 Fresen did not include information about bank accounts, fines he owed and a foreclosure judgment.
Fresen, who heads a House budget committee, previously called the allegations “baseless and pointless” and said they were based on complaints from a political opponent. But he signed an agreement in September where he agrees he violated state law. The agreement calls for his ethics case to be referred to the Florida House of Representatives to decide whether he should pay a fine.

Daisy would be an asset to the House of Representatives and show that
Miami-Dade has people with brains and ethics.
Typical. Fresen took a fortune from gambling companies. Boot him.
I have met Daisy Baez and she strikes me as a very intelligent person who is in touch with the needs of the people. Very down to earth and easy to talk to as well. she has my vote!
She genuinely and sincerely a good person.
there's apparently better dirt on the guy than this.
And maybe there are reasons to vote for his opponent other than him sucking?
When has that ever worked?
