Sigh, coming back soon. I am in San Antonio. I want to look at absentee ballots in some races. Al Crespo has asked Fernandez Rundle to look into them in district 105(?). A reader wrote to me about Daphne Campbell's race. Very suspicious. I also heard Floria First PAC (or CCE) figured into the Rivas Logan loss. Want to look into that as that entity, Florida First, spun negative ads against Joe Gibbons and Ray Judah (both were written about on Eye on Miami).
I have taken the majority of my pictures at between 70 and 80 mph from inside a car except at the Grand Canyon. I am surprised more people don't end up in the river in San Antonio -- the riverwalk is narrow. My favorite State visited is Arizona. I could see myself living in Scottsdale, going on trips to Vegas (gambling away all the money I made on this blog) and California - not writing this stupid blog anymore. Peace? But I miss you guys.
P.S. Did you all know that Florida mangroves are still thriving in Biosphere 2?

Soon those will be the only mangroves left.
I lived in Scottsdale & Sedona, AZ. I had taken a year off of work with money I made in the market (the 90's were very good to me!)
Loved it except when the bottom of my sneakers started to melt on the pavement during the summer!
Stay as long as you want.
When you get back (if you can stand it). Why don't you also look into the Lopez-Cantera race, which was won on absentee ballots. I keep waiting for news that Pedro Garcia will sue to overturn election results. Sigh....
Good idea because they are both Republicans, one with a machine -- one without.
Please feel free to go there and never come back!!
No need to rush back.
Well all the losing candidates have a shot.....blame the ABs. Sour Grapes, some of these people never had a shot.
Lifestyle of a one percenter. I live vicariously through you.
I lived in PHX for 5 years in the late 90s before moving here. I miss some things about it. It is very nice. The only deal-breaker for me was the lack of coastline and the incredible heat. Don't believe that dry-heat boloney - 116F is damn hot. I was also very beneficial to have Vegas so close (45min flight) as well as southern cali - I was able to get to San Diego in about 5 hours. Now that's a place I would move to.
Oh and by the way, people's panic buttons are starting to get WARM down here with the Issac situation. I personally feel that the thing will track east and go up the golden coast and just sideswipe us. I hope I am right, as it's just a guess. We should have a very good idea by Friday. Don't know when you are flying back, but if its around the early part of next week Sunday - Tues, your flight plans might be affected.
Tallied #s from Crespo/Trujillo and Diaz/Logan races - both winning candidates emerge victorious if one subtracts all ABs cast.
Post the numbers here
In the 112 race with 2 DEMS, Rodriguez won the overall but lost the AB vote to Dominguez by 80 votes. You can still win even if you lose AB vote count as long as you keep it respectably close. Cantera ran away with his AB vote count and Garcia couldnt make it up on election day. Seems like strategy and lots of $$$$ needed to win down here in the banana Republic.
Safe trip home! Many of us have missed you.
Are you sure you want to live in Arizona, where you will probably get trampled by illegal Mexicans looking for work at Home Depot and If you can't produce an ID Sheriff Arpaio will throw your arse in the pokie.
The reason more people don't fall in the river in San Antonio is Natural Selection I though a heathen like you would figure it out.
70 or 80 MPH? Who do you think you are Dale Earnhardt.
Don't stop in Mississippi....
Thanks anonymous above Cato.
Cato you are my favorite reader once again thanks for making me laugh!!
