I actually have to say I do not know. I usually follow the Miami Herald's recommendations as they do interview them, and a panel of Editorial Board members makes the decision. Here are their picks, 3 I have an opinion on:
County
Group 1: Patricia Marino-Pedraza - The Herald says "she went through the rigorous Judicial Nominating Commission process 3 times."
Group 10: Diana Gonzalez - They say she is the better choice. I agree the Pando woman has some real ethical issues.
Group 20: Judge Fleur Lobree - They say based on her "Stellar legal mind".
Group 24: Judge Andrea Wolfson - They say "This incumbent has earned a full term and deserves to keep her seat."
Group 27: Ivonne Cuesta
Group 28: Tanya Brinkley
Group 33: Teretha Lundy Thomas
Group 40" Judge Don Cohn - Him I know, I like him. The Herald says "Seasoned Jurist."
Circuit Group 8: Going with David C. Miller - Have followed his career. The Herald also endorses him.
Circuit Group 15: Robert Coppel - The Herald says he has amassed extensive trial experience in his 23 years as an assistant public defender.
Circuit Group 47: Maria de Jesus Santovenia - The Herald says she worked in Dexter Lehtinen's office and took the Florida DEP and other agencies to Federal Court.
Circuit Group 49: Teresa Mary Pooler

If you have the time you can go to the Florida Bar and read about Judges in their own words, here is an example of what Don Cohn wrote:
In 100 words or less, without discussing any particular issue which may come before you if you become a judge, explain why you believe you would be a good judge:
I have been and will continue to be a good judge for three reasons. First prior to being elected in 2006 I was a trial attorney for 31 years during which I tried over 60 jury trials. Second as a county court judge I have been assigned to the civil, domestic violence/civil back up, and domestic violence divisions as well as been on an appellate panel for administrative order appeals. Finally while on the bench I have shown I am respectful of the litigants, have patience, give litigants their day in court, and explain my rulings. - Don Cohn
