The chance of all 3 Diaz de la Portilla brothers in the State House at the same time is a real threat. What havoc could they raise working together?
The rich brother is definitely Miguel. He lists his net worth as $660,040. He makes $415,890 from the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff. Miguel Diaz de la Portilla says his residence is worth $830,000 but he has a mortgage on it for $473,834. He leases two BMW's and a Mini Cooper.
The other brother Alex Diaz de la Portilla is neither as rich as Miguel nor as poor as Renier. Alex estimates his net worth at $96,056. He has 2 houses, one in Miami worth $150,000 and one in Tallahassee worth $750,000. It looks like he has two mortgages, one for $373,107 and another for $632,000 (the copy on line is not very clear so I could be wrong, I am including his assets below as I can't read them too well so you can judge for yourself.). I looked up the house records and it shows his x-wife (almost x?) Claudia Davant, as owner of the Tallahassee digs on Constitution.
The only source of income he claims is W. Strategy Group - $60,000. He is the President. I am wondering why he didn't include this under interests in specified businesses. I am also wondering how people can get large mortgages and pay them off with so little income?
As I was looking at records I noted that Alex Diaz de la Portilla's x-wife (almost x?) Claudia Davant is a partner with Barney Bishop at Adam's Street Advocates. Double barf on that pairing. It is almost as bad as her duo with Alex.
