Loser Senator Bogdanoff is running an amendment to HB 4003 to prohibit local super-majority votes on the CDMP - up tomorrow on the floor.

This is just after the Mayor has proposed a 3/4 instead of a 2/3's majority. Say goodbye to the UDB if this passes. This is the same woman pushing the gambling. She is truly evil.

Don't read it if you don't like it. There are plenty of other blogs. The woman is undermining what is protecting the environment. She is a bitch, there is no other word for her.
There is another word for her but I am not saying it.
The point is what she does, not what she is. she serves as an instrument for special interests, such as what she did sponsoring the Casino bill. Now she is doing the same thing for developers, creating opportunities for greed to win over community interests. That is as far from being a statesman (woman) as one could get. I always say when the right people (community leaders) don't run for office, the wrong people do( those who are there simply for greed, power or special interests). thats pretty much what we are now stuck with.

Actually, "bitch" is probably not the most appropriate word. No, she is not acting like a female dog heat. A more accurate characterization would be someone who will do anything for money. There is another term for that.

Wouldn't our Home Rule Charter prevent this if it passes? She's also the clown behind the bill to allow charter schools to set up their own unregulated sports league basically allowing new highly profitable charter schools to be set up specifically to field super sports teams.

Last session, in all their wisdom the legislature delegated this authority to Dade county, and after Mayor Gimenez announced he was going to hold the line in his address we see this end run....we must stand behind our Mayor on this!
She's the reason why the Miami-Dade clerks office is in such disarray.
