I am getting a new computer. It will be ready tomorrow. Although the whole thing was one big pain in the ass, I am happy now. I hope I don't lose all my addresses etc.

Becuz I love you, I wasn't gonna tell you that my iPad quit working and when I went in, they gave me a new one within minutes. I am glad u have a new computer.
No, but it was refurbished and about 4 months into whatever warranty .... I was surprised that they did that... And I am glad the apple gods smiled upon you.

However-- they did break my computer during a $160 repair I paid for a month ago.. They were negligent in that regard. They unhooked my fan and didn't hook it up again.

So you were angry because they wouldn't give you a replacement for a computer that was out of warranty? No one should expect that.
