Ferro Application Pulled from the PAB Agenda. By Geniusofdespair
The application to move the Urban Development Boundary was not heard yesterday because Ferro's lobbyist Miguel Diaz de la Portilla was in session at the State Senate.
He could have come back, maybe his didn't have the votes, but that's hard to believe under this current ra ra to development PAB. Their chair is a Realtor and others on that board are also involved in real estate. As to the other members, some are pretty new but seem to be very pro development and don't really give a crap about "planning" just giving a thumbs up to whatever application and whoever nominated them to that Board.
